In a world where standards of service are increasingly poor, it was refreshing to find an organisation committed to real expertise and, equally important, as good as their word. Techtroops know what they are doing. Their diagnosis of problems is “spot on”. Their response to “Help!” calls is prompt. Their promised times of arrival are as exact as can be reasonably expected (allowing for Sydney traffic!). It is a relief and a great reassurance to find a service like this.
